Payment in the form of all major credit cards is required in order for your order to be completed. This process is requested during checkout. Wooddoors.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason any time. If we feel an error occurred or your order was involved in a "loss of identity" theft, the order will be canceled. A cancellation email will be sent within 1-3 business days after the order is terminated. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service using the link above.

Payment Requirements:

Your shipping address must be added to your credit card account. During our credit card processing we will send the shipping address to your credit card company for authorization. If they decline the purchase for any reason, your order will be canceled. For an easy and successful transaction, we highly recommend shipping to your billing address. Wooddoors.com also require you to enter the CVV2 code number located on the back of your credit card. If this is not supplied your order may be delayed or canceled.

Sales Tax:

Residents of PENNSYLVANIA will be charged 6.00% sales tax at checkout.

Order Processing Time:


Wooddoors.com production leed time is 5-7 business days. All orders are checked for unauthorized purchases. If you order is flagged as unauthorized, you will be notified via email and the order will be cancelled. Security and saftey of our customers is our number one priority. Once we receive your personal information, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security. No personal information will be sold or sent to third party marketing companies.


Shipping Packaging Policy:

Wooddoors.com main goal is to provide your shipment with the best possible packaging so your order arrives saftely. Doors are secured on a pallet with bracing and shrink wrapped for shipping. If you receive your order other than described, give us a call for information for freight refusal.

Warranty Information:

Wooddoors.com offers a 1 year limited warranty on all doors for manufacture defects. For additional warranty information, see our warranty page.

Promo Code/Coupon Information and Policies:

Wooddoors.com periodically offers promo codes on our website. Promo codes are issued with expiration dates. Once a promo code expires, it cannot be redeemed. Promo codes are not given verbally or over the phone. Promo codes if issued, cannot be redeemed for past history purchases. Once an order is received and a promo code was not used, that order cannot be modified to use a given promo code. Promo codes cannot be redeemed as cash value. Wooddoors.com has the right to cancel any order if they feel a promo code has been issued or used incorrectly for the purchases.
